StyleLounge is to committed to protect the personal data of users. StyleLounge therefore explicitly manages the legal provisions on data protection.

2. Use of Data

In order to provide the users with optimal services and benefits, StyleLounge would require to store personal data such as name, date of birth, address and email address. These data will be used for communication between users and StyleLounge who have agreed for the services. All the personal data collected by StyleLounge will be stored electronically.

In addition, StyleLounge can also share this information with third parties if it is required to operate the website and its services. Furthermore StyleLounge can be bound by law to pass on the data to a third party like the investing authority.

2.2 Consent, revocation and objection

It is voluntary decision of users to register for the newsletters and StyleLounge can use their data. Hence the users have the right to unsubscribe from these services anytime and in addition, they can revoke the services once they have unsubscribed as well.

Similarly, the use of data to optimize the website, as described in paragraph 2, can be withdrawn at any time. Cancellation can also be done via e-mail or via a contact form.
